We booked here last minute for a quick trip to Orange Beach. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze. I also love how accommodating they were to my dog. The pet area was clean and well-tended. The breakfast buffet was clean and well-stocked with delicious food. We also really enjoyed the snacks served during the social hour. Overall, it's a great hotel with clean accommodations and a delightful homey feel. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Well maintained hotel. Great staff—everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful breakfast options each morning and very clean dining area. 24x7 coffee in the lobby that was actually kept filled.

Only criticism is the room floor could have been a cleaner—the kitchenette hard floor was pretty dirty but all the other surfaces, microwave, and refrigerator were clean.

Our stay was a great experience, the rooms were very spacious and clean and the staff was kind and helpful! The kids loved their time at the pool, and we even utilized the laundry room on site! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to be located conveniently in Gulf Shores, and also great for larger groups of people!

This is my 2nd year coming!!!! I love my stay and especially the GM Rebecca Anderson!!! She makes our stay very comfortable!! She does an amazing job!!! It’s very nice. Clean guest friendly. They have an abundance of things to choose from. We will be back next year for sure!!

The excessive amount of room deodorizer throughout the building is a sure sign something nasty is being covered up . Standing at the front desk at checkin a fan blowing that atrocious smell straight into my face ...talk about a migraine inducer ! Staff could use a quick tutorial on hospitality. Breakfast might be their saving grace ... I mean it ain't gonna get me to book another stay here but the blueberry scone and coffee was the best part about this place .

Positive: The rooms, complimentary breakfast, social night, staff ( including housekeeping). Front desk Manager was personable, accommodating and did everything with a smile. We will be back !!! Negative: The location was great but the only issue was the construction being done. It seem there was only one way to drive in to the hotel.

We stay in Staybridge Suites often when twe travel. We love their comfort, convenience and home like amenities. They are consistently a very good experience for us as we travel about.

This property in Gulf Shores was great. Friendly staff , great local recommendations (restaurants, sites of interest, etc). Clean and comfortable.

I would recommend this property without hesitation.

I booked through priceline, which was a non refundable purchase. Otherwise, I would have never stayed here. I was informed during check-in that the elevator is being serviced and my room is on the 4th floor. My 72 year old mom had to climb 4 flights of stairs (with a walker)!!!! Then I noticed the air was not on once I opened the door to the room. After an hour of the room temp, not decreasing below 74 degrees, I called the front desk to have it checked. I was informed that the maintenance staff was gone for the day and would return tomorrow to check the unit. So, I lay here at 3 am hot/uncomfortable as hell, writing this review beyond frustrated and unable to sleep! Hopefully, my vacation will get better once I explore the beach because so far, it's not off to a good start at all! This is some BS!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡
