This is my favorite Prompt Care facility in the area. It's clean and the staff are always very helpful. The wait time has never been long for me. I tend to go early in the morning. I am so thankful that this facility exists. I always feel comforted that a doctor was able to see me quickly and give me answers to whatever is happening with my health.

I was very disappointed when the Dr, who didn't even come to the room. Had the nurse tell us to go to another clinic. She would not treat My wife. I will never come to that urgent care again.
I have never had such a upset feeling about a Dr before.
Needless to say I am very upset with the urgent care in Sherman.

I was seen on August 6, 2024, by Dr. Abraham. Everyone from the receptionists, the nurse, the lab technician, the x-ray technician, and Dr. Abraham was caring and kind. The doctor spent the time needed to figure out that my appendix was causing my pain and quickly sent me to the 800 building for a CAT scan. After my scan, Dr. Abraham had me wait for him to review it and then call me with further instructions. After reviewing my results, Dr. Abraham got in touch with the surgeon, Dr. Aaron Brewer, and less than an hour later, I was having emergency surgery. Thanks to Dr. Abraham and Dr. Brewer, I had a successful surgery & am feeling better every day. I am so grateful that when I was not feeling good that the doctors & staff were there for me.

the receptionist staff and nurses were fantastic! they listened to me fully and i felt good about it. then the dr came in and he rushed me out with no tests taken, half of what i was going to tell him because he cut me off, and a prescription for antibiotics. i left there and immediately went to the drive up lab where i tested positive for covid. i felt overlooked and upset.

Dr. Stan is very considerate…he bent over backwards to arrange for an MRI while I was in town (I live 40 minutes from Springfield). He is also a formidable practicioner of the healing arts and sciences. A fine gentle man!

Good care from knowledge, polite, courteous and attentive staff. Conveniently located just off Peoria Rd in Sherman, with plenty of parking. Much easier to get into than a hospital.
