I had my first visit w Dr Kellenberger and was very impressed how he apologized for running late because he keep a patient out of going to the ER! It was nice to know he cared for that patient and did help the patient through his problems! Everyone was helpful and friendly ! I had to have bloodwork done today and very good experience with knowledgeable staff and they didn’t mind when I asked questions too!

I was not pleased with the care I was given by the person who drew my blood. She had to stick me twice and kept moving the needle around trying to get blood, but she had blown the first vein completely and the vein in the other arm she was able to get some blood in each vial. Hopefully I won't have to go back for more blood sticks because I will refuse to be her pin cushion again.

I needed pre-surgery tests done and they helped me out. Everyone was pleasant, professional and caring. It is refreshing to be treated like they are glad you are there and they truly want to take care of you. Thank you for making my visit a pleasant one.

It was nice that they weren't busy so I was in and out of there pretty quickly. Staff was very friendly. I went in for a lab order. The only problem was that the restroom that they use to take people's specimens in was dirty. There was urine all over the toilet seat and there wasn't anything I could use to clean it off. I didn't want to have to touch it anyway and really shouldn't of had to be in that position. I had a very very full bladder and my little son was with me so I was needing to hurry. It wasn't just a tiny bit of urine and other dirty like particles but alot of the urine was in the middle part of the u shape seat and on the actual seat. Don't think it gets cleaned often. Lots of visible signs of unclean conditions. Was not just the toilet but on the floor, sink, and there was urine rings visible on the metal toilet paper dispenser from people putting their urine specimen cups on it after urinating. I personally think that a medical facility should have a clean environment for their patients especially in the restroom. It was pretty bad. I did my best to not come into contact with anything. It was not hygienic in the back restroom that they want your specimens taken unfortunately. The staff though was truly super friendly, courteous, kind, and I didn't feel rushed which was nice. They were not busy so it was very nice to be able to get in and out, but the restroom for the lab was definitely a problem.

Great experience with Springfield Clinic in Sherman. Easy to get an appointment; front desk staff were very friendly; Ashley(PA) was extremely helpful and informative with a quick (and accurate) diagnosis and treatment. Highly recommend.

Very professional and had to wait for Blood Work to be drawn. Everyone very nice and Professional. They all welcomed me when i walked in.

Waited over 35 minutes for a blood draw. Not sure what happened as others came in afterwards and left. Only receptionist said sorry. She was good to rectify what I assume was an oversight. 1 st person couldn't get blood drawn, 2nd was very good.
