This is mostly a review of their management (specifically Jen). The actual teachers have been phenomenal with our kid from 4 months to about 14 months when we moved our kid to another daycare. Jen the most recent director has limited ability to plan or deal with problems properly. In my kid's infant room, there were about 4 kids waiting to go into the toddler's room at 15 months (some were 16+ months) with no room to go into the next level up.

Jen has also made it a point to tell my wife what age our kid should be off breast milk. Unfortunately, Jen, 10 months isn't when we wanted him weened off but more importantly, she is no position to lecture or dictate to us on what our kid's nutrition should be when we provide the food he needs.

Kindercare also has a stupid policy to not report incidents until time of pickup. We are fairly chill parents and are ok with incidents happening (yes, kids fall, sometimes they get bit, they get hurt, we get it!!) but send us a note in the app. I shouldn't have to be shocked when I pick up my kid that he's got a black bruise on his head or bite marks on his arm.

Last bit, they have been losing children for months after they had a CPS incident that resulted in several staff being dismissed. Details haven't been released but several other daycares we talked to immediately responded with "Oh you were at THAT daycare that had the CPS incident".

Long story short, current director is absolutely horrendous and the quality of the facility has declined since she has taken over in the last 5-6 months.

Our son has been going to Kinder Care for almost a year, and we're extremely happy with their daycare service. It's incredibly hard to leave your child with just anyone, but watching my little guy make friends, hug his teachers, and run into the classroom each day to begin playing reassures us that he is in the right care. We also appreciate the arts, crafts and eduction KinderCare has to offer. Mrs. Jen and Mrs. Kelsey have made our family feel so welcome that we have recommended KinderCare to all of our friends with kids!

My daughter has been going to KinderCare on spring st for a little over a year now and I am more than happy with the staff they’re all so welcoming ,nice and very professional! My daughter is always very excited to see her friends and especially her teachers! I’ve seen a lot of growth in my daughter and I love it! I have great communication with her teachers, they were a great help when it came down to potty training and would absolutely recommend this center!

I would love to write a 5page review on how amazing this KinderCare is. They deserve a 10/10. I was very anxious with my son going to daycare, he started with this facility when he was 3 months and I was terrified because of all the negative things you hear from social media and news about daycares. However , this place has changed my whole perspective on daycare. They are absolutely amazing, Very professional, kind and outstanding with the babies/kids. Long story short, if you’re looking for a daycare you can TRUST and staff you will love, then this is your place.

We are so very grateful to have found such a perfect place for our little grandson, who has benefitted immensely from the structure, learning environment, and fun days he has spent full time for the past 2 years in our own neighborhood. Ms Wendy, Ms Sarah, and all of the teachers are so friendly, patient, and extremely helpful working with us, for the extra attention our hyper busy boy requires. He is always happy there and looks forward to attend each day, loves to show us his current projects, and has learned to share and cooperate with other children in a cheerful and active environment. We are thankful to know that everyone at Spring Street KinderCare is going the extra mile, to make us feel confidant with his personalized care and safety, in these scary and uncertain times.

My son is so excited every morning to come to his school and see his teachers and friends here. I love knowing I'm placing him in capable hands and that everything is safe and up to code. It helps me be able to focus on my job and not worry about him throughout the day.
