I HIGHLY recommend this facility, the Clinic Director PT John Kline and PT Ashley Shallett. Along with all the support staff and techs. They really do care and make physical therapy a positive experience.

I wish I had come here sooner. I am in recovery from shoulder surgery back in April and went to a different named facility and wasted 15 weeks of my time and money. I came here three months ago completely frustrated and actually quite sad that I couldn't use my arm as of yet with very restricted movement. After three months at Spooner with John and Ashley, I have strength and mobility utilizing my arm and shoulder. From the very beginning with SPOONER the staff was welcoming, they are extremely knowledgeable, patient, very attentive making sure I have improvement while encouraging me to push myself. PT is challenging in itself but having someone taking a personal interest in your recovery is everything! You walk out feeling grateful every single visit. I highly recommend them! I moved from Colorado to Arizona and was looking for a physical therapist to help me continue my post surgery strength building and pain relief. I met Ashley at Spooner Fountain Hills and she has been absolutely amazing. She listened to my concerns and has helped me to get relief and providing me exercises to help me gain more strength. Spooner is one of the finest PT facilities that I have visited. Professional, knowledgeable and caring. A special shout out to Ashley Schallett who successfully guided me through my hip, shoulder and knee surgeries with loving care and great detail. A great listener that understood when to push me and when to back off. She is a treasure. I am 76 years old and she has me playing golf on the 80's again!

The PT's and Staff at Spooner in Fountain Hills are great.
I didn't think much of it in the beginning as it was my first time having to go.
But I learned a great deal about myself and what I needed to work on to move forward.
Olivia was knowledgeable and opened to my suggestions.
