I had an appointment at 9:30 am however, due to circumstances I arrived late at 10 am. The nice ladies there still took me in and even helped assist me in getting my documents uploaded. Great service!

I have requested Rental assistance, I put in my request and received my Application ID number. My Landlord property managers are requesting more information that I do not have. They keep adding Latefees against me. Please contact me soon!!! I put in the request July 7th 2024.

Came to make an appt for liheap for my daughter, the girl at the front desk was very helpful. No parking, if you park on Commercial make sure to pay the meter or you will get a ticket!!

They do not answer the phone or respond to emails even though they HAVE ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Received a referral from CoC in December 2020. Here it is AUGUST 2021 and my case has still not been resolved after I submitted all required documentation. Vanessa Sanchez NEVER RESPONDS....I contacted the company and they NEVER RESPONDED.. My advice is to go somewhere else if you really need help.

I attended a housing event in South Holland in March and met Vanessa Sanchez who seemed really nice and helpful at the event. I was told to bring in all info pertaining to my home and haven't heard from her since! I've left messages and emails nothing! I'm starting to think that because I don't speak Spanish she's not willing to help me. So unprofessional!!!

This establishment is clean and staff members are extremely helpful. They offer a variety of services that help the east- side community. Some of the services offered are LIHEAP and home foreclosure assistance. In order to be seen, you MUST make an appointment; however, appointments are given in a timely manner. Please call prior to your appointment to find out what documents are necessary for you to bring. If you dont bring your required documents, you will NOT be seen.

Spanish Coalition is awesome. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. They have helped me save my home and assisted me with programs that were successful with home repairs. I love this place.

I cannot speak highly enough of them. The person took me without an appointment..they never have time to normally..she was nice and didn't make me feel bad or embarrassed because I got laid off
