We had our son’s 2nd birthday party at south play, we absolutely enjoyed and kids had so much fun playing. Everything was very organized and the area was absolutely clean & nice. The staff helped me serving the food, cake & even brought all the toys to my car, everything went by very smooth, the only bummer was the package I chose was the “Gala party package “ I ended up paying more depending on the stuff I added, over all highly recommend this place for kids under 5

I had my daughters 1st birthday and Robyn beat my expectations with her decoration skills. Everything was so pretty. I wanted a winter onderland theme & omg was it beautiful. Peter was the best hostess. Peter made sure food & drinks were flowing through the party. They both were so helpful. When I met Peter & he explained how south play operated I knew I had to have my daughter’s party there and I’m so glad I did. The best part is you & your guest just come & enjoy the party. Perfect for a 1st birthday party. Thank you Robyn & Peter for your help.

We had our son's 5th birthday party at South Play and it was wonderful! The kids loved the indoor play area, and the parents were able to relax and enjoy while the kids played. We had a taco caterer in the courtyard and used the outdoor seating area as well. Peter, our host, was friendly and helped us to set up our food and decorations, and kept the party moving along seamlessly. The staff kept the beverage coolers filled and cleared away empty plates and cups throughout the party to keep the space clean. Parking for guests was easy as well. Highly recommend!

I had my son's 2nd birthday party here and let's just say Robyn went over and behind. Everything was amazing. The service was fantastic. The team here helped unloaded and reload my car and kept me on schedule. The hospitality was great. Also, the facility was very clean. Thank you South play we had a blast.

The party planner Robyn, very amazing! 5 Stars for Robyn. She’s very patient and gets back to you as soon as possible. She works with you very well. Loved her through the whole process! Peter on the other hand, never met spoke with him before. But he was there, the day of the party. Very Rude! A lot of guest also found him very rude as well. I was speaking to a family friend who I haven’t seen in years! He rudely interrupted, couldn’t say excuse me or waited for us to end our conversation. Also another staff there, who had black hair, she looked Mexican. She kept giving me an attitude because my niece had lost her phone in the ball area and was trying to find it after the party was over. I mean kids are kids but SHEESH! There was another staff, she was thin don’t know the staff names. But she had blonde hair, she was very good! She played with the birthday boy who was inside the ball pins during the party. & watched to make sure everyone was safe. Overall, the decorations were beautiful. A lot of compliments on them. Thanks to Robyn. Party was good just wish Peter and that black hair teenager was not there it would have been perfect!

Fun place to take the toddlers. The play-space is essentially a giant ball pit, which kids love, so that's awesome. The don't have any food available in house and the cafe in the same plaza is ok, but eh, I can get over that.
