From the moment I walked in the attention was on my needs. The hearing exam was thorough, questions answered and option’s explained. I left with hope, also something I have not experienced in many years. Only regret is wasting time and money on box stores and online version of hearing tests and aids. Highly recommend, don’t waste another moment in silence.

Very happy to have finally made the visit. I have had issues with tinnitus for most of my life and made peace that Sound Relief would be another snake oil kind of place. I recently moved my father in with us and thought I would use him for the guinea pig. lol I set up an appointment following his in the same day and could not be happier. From the front desk staff to Dr. Greenhouse, service and going the extra mile to ensure my father and I had a detailed explanation of our condition and options that were available to us.

I could spend another hour talking about our visit and the exceptional service we received but I won’t do that to you. Just know that there is absolutely no excuse, no legitimate excuse, not to make your appointment. If not for you, consider those around you.

In a nutshell, I’ve had a very high pitched ringing in my ears for 40 years. With a single visit to Dr. Greenhouse, and trying her suggestions, she was able to ELIMINATE the ringing in my right ear. I HAVE NO MORE RINGING in my ear.

This is the best group of people I’ve ever been to.

My ears are pretty easy. I have the Phonak Lyric hearing aids which are in ear so they cannot be seen. These help me a ton in day to day interactions and have helped reduce my tinnitus in my left ear. The team here has been easy to work with and scheduling my next appointment. Everyone I have worked with has been friendly and treated me with respect. Great place.

Dr. Reed is wonderful. She thoroughly diagnosed my hearing, listened to my concerns, and then provided the best possible solution. She seems to be very knowledgeable and current in the latest audiology research. The staff are friendly and efficient. I have been to two previous providers and Sound Relief is by far superior.

Dr. Read was very professional and explained things to me in a way I could completely understand. She came up with a plan that I am hoping will work for me. I won't be a true believer until I get some sort of relief from this awful tinnitus but in the meantime I am remaining hopeful that this treatment will work. This is a lot of money to spend on something that I have no idea if it will work or not. My fingers are crossed.
