They have staff who aren't therapist intervening in calls with no background information they agrue and become disrespectful one in particular was very disrespectful and misguided conversation which led my child crying over things we should have been discussing in therapy

I have a my daughter here and I can say from visiting the place its not that bad. You have to also look at these girls need help. Staff can only do so much. And the girl who are there for longer well it because some of use take longer then another. Also i want to say is more parents should be invold with there kids. This is a home to help family. Heal family. They might make u face most hardest point in life. And the key to all this is family.

The boy who said his sister was being held hostage, his sister was me. And hes not lying. The stay was supposed to be 9-12 months but i was there a whole 3 years. The problem wasnt NCS, they actually helped me become a better person, the problem was DCFS and how slow they work. My stay at NCS was tough, overall most of the staff were good except a few.

They are understaffed, under equipped, and very poorly managed. Upper management does NOT take care of the employees let alone care about the youth. They are simply interested in collecting a paycheck, which for a "nonprofit "organization, they get paid roughly 6 figures and do minimal work. This place needs to be shut down asap.

I was a resident here for almost 2 years. If i would have made a review when i was there it would have been 1 star bevause lets be honest... Treatment is not fun. But the program and the staff litterally saved my life. I would not be who i am today without the love and guidance thus program had to offer.

I would higly recommend this youth home for families with at rusk youth.

I used to live in this place as an early teen I got kicked out I’m 33 now this place was hell at times dealing with racist staff (some were good )and ignorant therapists who I don’t see how she made it through school lol but overall it was ok I’m hoping it’s much better with staff who actually care about the well being of the girls
