Our daughter has been in care here for almost two years. The staff is great! I'm really happy with how well my daughter is doing here. And I swear, they are the reason potty training has been so easy!

My son has been going to Sleepy Hollow KinderCare for a year now (started in Discovery Preschool and now in Preschool). He loves it and it has exceeded our expectations! He is well cared for and learns so much. The staff is so welcoming and great at communicating.

We have been at the center for 9 years and absolutely love it! The teachers are like family and I could never imagine leaving my children anywhere else. The center takes early education to another level and provides nothing but a fun, loving and supportive environment for the children that attend. I would 100% recommend them!

I know my child will be well taken care of when he is at this KinderCare location. The staff goes above and beyond expectation. Friendly staff, clean environment, and great hours have made this establishment top notch. I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for good care!

My 3 year old went for one day before we immediately withdrew him. When I picked him up after his first day, his afternoon teacher asked if he had a blanket because he had to sleep without a blanket. Not only did I tell the morning teacher that his blanket was in his backpack (along with a change of clothes), when I told the teacher that it was in his backpack, she said, “oh yeah, I didn’t think to check there”. What?! Seems obvious. So, my son had to nap on a janky looking cot without a blanket. The only one without a blanket, on his first day, when he’s already feeling like an outcast. After we got home, my son cried nonstop about the horrible day he had and he was scared to go back. The kids were mean, there’s very little control, and the teachers wouldn’t help him. My husband reached out to the director and it took 3 days to return an email. We immediately called off school the next day and started the process of finding a new preschool. The director wouldn’t respond to phone calls/messages to unenroll, so we had to get corporate involved. Of course, she responded immediately when they were attached to the email. We liked how close the center was to our home and how nice Ms. Angie seemed but when we switched to the local Montessori, we saw a complete different response to preschool with my son. He wasn’t scared, communication is great, and he WANTS to go back everyday. I don’t recommend this center at all.

DO NOT place your child here. My child is enrolled in this facility. Teachers are good in classrooms. Customer service and management is a nightmare. The upper management for the area is overseen by Tracy and Nancy. They are the rudest old women you will ever talk to in your life. There are a million better places to take your child where people actually care about your comfort and their well being.

I love this place! everyone is so kind and understanding. They are also real, they dont judge when you are a hot mess mom they just help you through it. My son has learned SO much since being there. His teachers really care about him and his well being. I am so pleased we chose them.

Our son has been at this daycare since he was 12weeks. He’s now 7 months and he seems to really enjoy it there. He learns a lot and everyone is really nice.
