Rich has provided deep tissue massage therapy to assist with my recovery from total shoulder replacement surgery. Wow! I’m so happy to have found a great massage therapist that is close to home. I always request deep tissue massages as I have a lot of trouble with stress in my upper back and shoulders. Rich is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and figures out what the problem area is in no time. I’ve had three massages with him so far and each one was really well done. He uses cupping for the problem areas which has worked well for me. I would highly recommend Rich at Slainte to anyone that needs a massage in the area of Monument, Colo Springs or Castle Rock. He’s truly the best at what he does!

He took time to get to know me and my needs and gave lots of cues before doing any work in an area. He knows his stuff too. He is also fun to engage. Last Friday I had THE BEST massage I've ever had! I'm the 2-3 times a year massage goer (I wish I could do more!). Over the years I have really found some great relaxation from massages, but Rich James of Slainte Sports & Therapeutic Massage brought pain and tension relief! I felt incredibly comfortable and the lotion he used had essential oils in it, which only added to this outstanding massage!
