If I could leave zero stars I would. I only went here because my husband has used them and they could get me in same day where my Dr couldn’t.The doctors are incompetent and have no bedside manner. They ordered wrong tests that of course I had to pay for, wouldn’t return phone calls or messages. They also told me they would send over orders for a CT scan and to wait for a phone call to schedule this. After 2 weeks and no phone call I found out they never sent the orders. Absolutely awful care. I will not be going back I recommend you stay away

My review is for Jamie Fitzpatrick. She was phenomenal. She thought of every possible thing I could need, did a GREAT job at informing me, was the kindest soul who made me feel so welcome and comfortable, and was extremely smart. I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. She makes me want to switch providers over to her. Thank you for your amazing care! Chiricahua, you are very lucky to have her I hope you know that!

Worst Primary Clinic I've ever been to period. Disabled for 20 years and I don't say that likely I've been to a lot of primary doctors. Switched doctors on me several times, canceled and refused medication without warning they will lie to you they're rude they're mean and if they don't like you watch out I'll just kick you out for no reason definitely don't go see Dr John Jean Dr Karen Crockett or nurse practitioner Christine Grassman or anybody else there because they're all just horrible people because the only care about money and they make you feel like a number they only care about themselves and not you. do yourself a favor take my advice and find a better doctor that cares

I have had several doctors throughout. I have experienced nothing but the best care possible. Courteous, kind and caring all the way.from the.doctors, the pharmacy, the lab and.the front.desk clerks. A very special review.goes out to Jessica McClure. She.is a nurse at the.clinic and her quick.responses and expertise is outstanding.

To know my comments all you have to do is look at the reviews, there is a doctor there named kinder who is one of the best I've seen but that's the best I've seen at this place and among the other doctors or nurses who claim to be doctors I think they call it nurse practitioner I call it a waste of education and possible talent. Myself along with many others have went to him with specific symptoms and problems to be rerouted misguided and the problems or the illnesses ignored which turn out worse when following certain people's advice. Do not go here, there's no different than the VA is towards veterans in certain areas. Specially low income or people on social security disability. Go anywhere else unless you can see Dr Kender, but my recommendation they are way too many doctors out there that actually care a person can go to.

Avoid this place if you can. There are better facilities and definitely better staff in town. While my sons pediatrician and nurse practitioner were really nice, and very helpful and friendly, the staff surrounding them is terrible (not the scheduling staff, they have always been nice and helpful) The nurses and medical assistants simply do not care. We were notified by the state that our son tested positive for a genetically passed disease that if left untreated, can kill you, and the staff not once but twice sent the referral to the wrong fax number. How hard is it to verify a fax number with the specialist? I did it in one phone call, it took my 30 seconds. That’s not my job, it’s theirs. If you want to call them to talk to a nurse for advice or assistance, don’t. You will never hear back, and you probably have better luck in the ER which is unfortunate because hospitals staff is already over worked as it is. Please, avoid this place.

Had to change my review. Turns out Dr. Diaz didn’t believe me anymore than Dr. Scarfs did about my health problems. In fact, after pulling a tooth I overheard her say she didn’t want to treat anyone who lied to her.

I DID NOT LIE. I told them I was the victim of identity theft and instead of helping me figure out my health issues they told their staff I was a fake, probably the homeless woman trying to steal my identity. I have PTSD and anxiety attacks since childhood from a defect in my heart undiagnosed until age 60.

For the record, I am the real Rolinda Mae Tubbs an ordained Holistic Minister with Universal Life Church. If you are a senior in area I highly recommend Canyon Vista Dental and AARP Dental. For medical check into Arizona complete Medicare with WellCare.

To resolve my identity theft I had to report my problem to AZ Attorney-Generals Office. I was the victim. And the people involved were attempting to switch my medical records tried blackmailing me. I won’t be blackmailed. Especially by my own siblings who have stolen from me for the last time. Thought they could set me up for a wrongful death lawsuit.

Avoid Chiracahua. They don’t listen to the people they are treating and I saw them 2019? It’s 2024 and I still need a Pacemaker. And MRI finally found the lump I’ve been complaining about since 2019. Now I just need to find a specialist to tell me what it is! Had CT scan yesterday. Found by accident by my NP at Desert Sky. Not their field! But the found my problem I’ve been dealing with for years thanks to Carter Imaging. New PCP reviewed CT Scan annd it’s a BENIGN liver mass with lesions Swan Gastro missed because they didn’t listen to me, but listened to the rumors spread to set me up for a wrongful death. Thank God for Dr. Jitendra Munjal who ablated my extra pathway in heart, recommending a freeze ablation to avoid a Pacemaker.

Seniors, identity theft is no joke. We are targets. Be very careful who you trust. And don’t trust this clinic. They just made a joke out of me. And I had to contact AZ AGO for help. Change doctors. Change insurance. And figure out who was behind the theft. And it’s taken me 5 years.

Sadly, I learned it’s my younger siblings and AZ cousins. Drugs, alcohol and mental illness, they have lied, cheated and stolen from me for the very last time! Didn’t figure it out until the parents died. I’ve been such a fool. Love can be blind. I didn’t even see it coming! Cannot recommend Chiricahua Clinic. They are spreading lies keeping me from getting proper treatment. Dr. Scarf you are from my sister’s city. Bellevue. She is a hair stylist and colorist. And knows I have a heart condition and allergies. She set you up for my wrongful death. And I tried to warn your entire staff. Really need to listen to your clients. I cannot recommend you. Especially for seniors. Your gossip got my heart meds switched by a CVS tech who announced I was trying to sue Chiricahua and EVERYONE KNOWS IT? . I don’t like liars. Especially in the healthcare system. Watch out seniors. We are easy targets. I’m the victim and so were you. The cyber hackers have my medical history and switched it. So I was given the wrong heart meds. It’s really a good thing I’m a highly intelligent, educated woman and save you. From a lawsuit fir contributing to my death. I’m a holistic healer because of my allergies to meds. Oh, I have new glasses so can read tiny print on forms. Actually, if you want seniors as clients you really need to ensure they can read your tiny print on the forms we have to fill out. Seniors go to CQCH Clinics in Hereford or Palominos. They listen to seniors and are compassionate and caring. Dr Scarfs attitude and talking behind my back triggered my anxieties. I tried telling you how medications react on me. I wake up in surgeries if the anesthesiologist doesn’t listen. And I had a dislocated jaw and cracked crowns from COVID 2019. Thank God for Canyon Vista Dental. Dr. Shore popped my jaw back in place after I spent 6 months doing TMJ exercises, mouth guard etc. And you need to research Osteoporosis meds.

Unless you tell reception/scheduling that you're kid is on the verge of dying, they have a really hard time taking you seriously. Our children have been turned down before for me not using the right "trigger" words on the phone to have them seen quickly, only for me to have to take them to the ER or urgent care for things like bowel obstruction in an 18 month old, and strep (because they were so booked up I couldn't get them seen for days). I couldn't even be put through to a nurse to ask questions to determine whether or not to wait a few days or go to the ER or urgent care. Parents don't always know what to do and need better communcation from the people who have a record of their child's care. Front desk turns me down flat everytime I ask to speak to a provider. The providers themselves are always helpful IF you can get to them to be seen. I have never had to go to the ER/urgent care so much for my 5 kids since moving here from NC. We are hoping to switch to a family practice because this keeps happening. No, I don't want to drive all 5 of my sick kids an hour away for an alternate appt at a different clinic, my time is better spent waiting 3 hours in the ER or urgent care. Hugely expensive, but at least we won't be turned away.

After reading other reviews I wanted to be clear--people aren't exaggerating when they say the scheduling staff are uncaring and unprofessional. We have had very similar negative experiences.
