Ace. Is. The-Place. They are indeed the helpful hardware store! The big box stores will probably have what youre looking for also, but they will NOT have the MANY YEARS of experience the staff on the floor have using the 22,000 items they sell, waiting to give you all the advice (and extra pieces you didn't think about) to get YOUR job done just the right way.

It was my first time visiting Ace Hardware. We went in the garden entrance and it was like wow 😵 all these healthy beautiful plants 🪴and flowers🌼 Ladies watering them, chatting with customers, us including us. It was just so much to take in. I will definitely be back.

Always excellent friendly service!
Generally, I stick to the garden area and wander around for an hour, never going home empty handed. Great variety of healthy plants, trees and soils. Inside the store, staff is friendly and always willing to help out.
Hands down, my favorite store.

The frequency they ask if they can help you find something instead of just letting you shop is incredibly irritating.felt like a twilight zone episode couldn't take three steps without someone asking if they could help me. Even to the point of interrupting me and my wife while we were talking to ask if they could help us find something. Leave your customers alone and let them shop.

We came in needing a key made. I had gone to the big box stores and was told they couldn't copy the key I needed. ACE Hardware in Sierra Vista, AZ had no problem at all making the key for me. It was done quickly and for a very reasonable price. I like the store and the unique items they have. It's not just hardware, but a fun shopping experience.

We went into Ace today in search of a tiny screw that my husband needed as part of an antique clock repair that he was not able to find anywhere else online or B&M store. Your wonderful employee Mike came and asked if we needed help and began searching through the drawers. Soon we had a few screws that we thought would be a very close match. Mike also got us down the aisle we needed to get calipers and was so helpful. What a great employee you have.
Also happy to report that one screw worked great and the clock is now running. Thanks so much Mike.
