I love Siefit! There is no toxic fitness culture vibe at all. Coach Sierra and the other trainers have been so welcoming, encouraging, and supportive. Great atmosphere, great coaches , and great people. My favorite place to work out! Join SIEFIT it has the best thing I’ve done for myself. My gratitude to SIEFIT is immense, and for good reason. SIEFIT is a great place to go if you are looking for a place of motivation, great workouts and great coaches. I just finished a 4 week challenge and noticed a change not just with weight but feeling more comfortable wearing any type of clothes. Sierra and her team are great!

I have been a member of SIEFIT for over a year already. Sierra and her trainers have been the BEST I have ever worked with.. I have always enjoyed fitness and have worked with several personal trainers but this gym has been by far my favorite place and plus the vibes are unmatched anywhere else. This gym delivers RESULTS !! I’m addicted to showing up and continuing my fitness journey!! Before joining SIEFIT I used to always say I will for sure start Monday changing my eating habits and working out, Monday would come and I wouldn’t commit to it and say ok next week and so on. Becoming a part of SIEFIT has changed me these last 6 weeks not only physically but mentally , tho I have a long way to go to reach my goals I feel great about myself.
