Best conversation piece I’ve ever had! My friends and family loved coming in and spraying it when they visited and then following up to see if it was growing. When I first ordered, I was a little worried because I don’t have a green thumb. Thank goodness for a great product and good instructions. I was absolutely in awe when it sprouted. It grew within weeks and then we were able to harvest it and fry them (vegan calamari!) as well as bake some that we put on the top of our truffle pasta. Best part is being able to grow then again from the same kit.

I recommend this for anyone; kids and adults will love this!

At first I was worried mushrooms wouldn't grow in my climate, I live in Colorado. However, after 4 and half days a cluster showed up and have been growing ever since! It's day ten and I believe I will go ahead and harvest and cook them up. I love mushrooms because they are good for you and grow fast!

Mushrooms are a whole new thing in our home. I’ve so enjoyed watching this bouquet unfold. Erin mentioned this box might take up to 3 weeks just keep at spritzing 2-3 times a day. Look at these beauties! I have another one going now that’s following behind it, and it was fruiting in 10 days. Yay! These are amazingly nutritious and delicious! So fun to grow, anyone can do!

I have been so lucky to scoop up these mushroom kits this summer! Not knowing one thing about growing and taking care of mushrooms, I feel the packaging and the imagery is very beautiful and informational. The recipe was easy and fun. The Oysters themselves... So so delicious 😋 I’m craving them now! My favorite neighbor, who is such a wonderful gardener, has given me so many fun plants to try my hand at so I gifted her a mushroom kit as a thank you and she had the best time watching them grow. I will definitely be purchasing more!

I was so excited when I ordered my first mushroom kit (I ordered 2 to take advantage of the shipping and to give one as a birthday gift). Before my first flush, I had already ordered another 2 kits for friends. The mushrooms started coming in and it was incredible - they double in size every day! They were easy to harvest, and, best of all, DELICIOUS! To date I have ordered 10 kits to give away as gifts! Every single one has produced beautiful mushrooms. And every single person I have given this kit to has been excited to grow their own oyster mushrooms. Erin, the owner, is super helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative, and her excitement for mushrooms is palpable. The fact that each kit grows 2-3 flushes is incredible and seeing those little "pins" is so gratifying. This incredible, yet simple, concept has certainly eased any anxiety I have about finding gifts for friends and family. The Mindful Mushroom's oyster kits are my new favorite gift to give!

Erin with The Mindful Mushroom was so helpful with everything! The oyster mushroom box I received was so pretty, their packaging is beautiful. I followed all of the instructions, and WOW! In what seemed like no time at all I had baby mushrooms!! Watching them grow every day, sometimes hours, was so cool. The end product was quite tasty in my go-to stir fry recipe. Would totally recommend one of these boxes as a gift for anyone who likes to cook or is in to plants!
