We live out of town and we summer in Old Saybrook. I am so lucky to have found this exceptional summer camp a few years ago for my two girls. They absolutely love Shoreline Early Learning Center! Although we only attend in the summer, we are always greeted with such a warm sense of belonging, comfort, and care. My older daughter will have aged out of the program by next summer, but I just know she will be begging to go back. She attended a variety of different camps this summer and said this one was her favorite. Thanks so much Shoreline Early Learning Center for making my two girlies very happy campers...quite literally!

We feel so lucky to have found this incredible preschool for our two boys. We have been fortunate to experience the entire team of teachers at SELC and cannot get over the love & compassion they have for their students. Our boys love going to school & I can truly say that as a parent, that is the best feeling. Each teacher has their own unique style of teaching which is amazing but they’re all equally passionate.

Shoreline Early Learning Center is phenomenal! The leadership and teacher team is experienced, nurturing, kind, and devoted to giving each child a personalized experience. The kid's days are filled with creativity, exploration, outdoor play and hands on learning. SELC is a true community, and we feel so fortunate that two of our children have been able to experience this enriching environment!

I started as a parent at this quaint, loving, child-centered school and quickly grew to love the tight-knit family feel that it offered. My children have thrived here and it is apparent how much every teacher truly loves and cares for her students. The educational and social experiences at SELC are excellent. I enjoyed the feel of it so much I joined the team of teachers there. Our beautiful community is so fortunate to have such a gem of a learning center located right on Main Street. I cannot say enough wonderful things about SELC. Our two year old son literally runs into the building every morning. The teachers/staff are fantastic and we are always impressed by the curriculum and activities provided to the kids. We love the stream of photos of our son at school with the sensory bins, art projects, time outside, and other fun activities. We are very lucky to have our son here and our daughter is on the wait list!
