Booked an appointment for noon today. After arriving from out of state, picking up a rental car, and weaving through LA traffic, I called AND text to let them know I was running a few minutes behind. No response to my call or my text. I arrived at the location at 12:11 pm to find my email pinging that they cancelled my appointment and charged me a no-call-no-show fee. Perhaps if they answered the phone we could have rescheduled or made an adjustment. I even would have been fine paying the late fee and rescheduling, but they didn’t provide any response or option. Clearly they looked at a computer or a phone in order to charge me and cancel it. Just didn’t look enough to acknowledge my outreach. Super lame.

EDITED: The owners comments below are false. As evidenced by the fact that they cancelled and charged me right at 12:10 PM ON THE DOT without ever acknowledging my call or text... or email for that matter. I literally pulled in ONE minute after you did that so please, spare the lies. You JUST text me at 4:04 PM to acknowledge my messages claiming you've been too busy to respond until then. But again, not too busy to go into your system, cancel my appointment, charge me a fee, ignore my courteous messages and charge me for nothing. Please stop calling your potential customers liars. It's a bad look.

Edit 9/23/23: Sharing an updated review as it’s been a while but I’ve been seeing Zaida consistently for my lash extensions for almost 3 years now and I’m still so happy with every fill I get. If Zaida isn’t available for some reason, I’ve also been done by Chris and both ladies are amazing at what they do. So many places take short cuts with lash extensions which can harm your natural lashes but these girls take no short cuts and take the time and use quality products to ensure your lashes look fly without compromising the health of the clients natural lashes, which is why I’m still able to get my lashes done for 3 years straight. Always the most relaxing experience every time I get my lashes done too. Thanks Zaida and Chris!

Both of these women take extreme care in detail in their craft. I’ve been coming to SheLuvsLashes consistently for about a year and a half now and I’ve been getting my lashes done for about 8 years and this place is by far the best lash salon that I’ve been to.

Vibes and music are immaculate. Cleanliness and professionalism are always on point.

My eyes never itch from their glue and they truly do individual lashes extensions (no clumping). I’ve switched up styles a couple of times and they always nail it

I’ve been coming to Sheluvslashes for a few years now. My lashes always look great and last a very long time; retention 100% never a question. Music is always great, good conversation if I don’t fall asleep. Chris is amazing and have a excellent team behind her. Highly recommend!

Over the years I have gone to a number of different lash techs, but I have never truly been happy with the results until now! She does such an Amazing Job! They look phenomenal and they LAST. I have gone to other lash techs and never before have my eyelashes stayed on for long or looked so good. Highly recommend, she is by far the best in the area.
