Shaping Up Our Future Academy is one of the best decisions I have ever made when it comes to my child. The staff is caring and committed to not only the educational development of each child that is entrusted in their care but also the emotional and social well-being of the child as well. Since enrollment my child has grown in so many ways and I am amazed daily at the things that he learns and the skills he has attained by simply attending this school. The team is extremely communicative and engaging which eased my nerves from the start. They also have flexible options around enrollment so that you can choose which works best for your family. I will forever be grateful to SUOF for the high bar that they set in laying the foundation for my child's education. If you are looking for a preschool for your little one, please look no further.

My son has been thriving here! He’s talking so much more. When I pick him up he’s always so happy. My favorite part of the week is Friday’s when I get to look inside his folder and see all the activities he did that week. I’m so grateful for suof! I had a bad experience with a prior daycare so I was extremely nervous about sending my son to another one but the very first day they eased my anxiety with pictures and updates on how he was. (they even got him to nap) which is almost impossible for me to do lol.

Don’t book your party here unless you are on top of everything and don’t let things slip your mind. I booked a birthday party for Saturday and per policy paid my deposit and remaining amount is due the day before your party. I forgot on Friday to pay and without calling me to double check they just canceled their staff and didn’t show up. I showed for the party to locked doors and no lights. Had to change party plans last minute. Such a disappointment… awful customer service and I’m sure they will try and keep my deposit even though they did nothing!

When I reached out they told me
“ Good evening ma’am,the only time the Academy will reach out to you or offer a refund concerning your child’s birthday party is if we couldn’t provide the services that we offer. This is why it is stated in your contract that full payments are to be made on the day before the event, our staff for our party events are contacted on Friday evenings concerning their schedules, after the Academy is closed.”

Needless to say I was declined my request for a refund and reminded of their policy- and they provided nothing.
