Very helpful staff, great ladies in the office. If ur helping a parent or loved one, please know what you need and follow up. Clients personal providers get switched sometimes, and are a bit longer returning calls due to their schedules. Follow up and work with ur provider.

They are great for customer service but it's been almost two months and I still don't even have an approval letter for my bus pass. It was supposed to take two weeks. I had to go in and find out what was going on the lady said I needed my 1099 but I had already given it to her. I think they messing up on purpose to see if you are really in need or something. I don't have the money to get on the bus and come down and it's two hard to walk down there with two small children.

Excellent staff!! All the personnel we interacted with had superb quality assistance. We went a total of 3 times and everyone was just outstanding, polite, helpful. The place was clean, the parking space was very ample and handicap friendly as well.

Everyone that works there don't know how to deal with people. They r beyond words for being RUDE. Management is disgusting. Maria in Home Repair needs an attitude adjustment (she thinks she is wonderful but is far from it) as she talks down to people, but she learned it from her bosses (Supv.& Asst. Director). I would like to know how they got their jobs?, could it be for being disrespectful to the elderly? They r all about ripping off seniors on a fixed income in the so called Home Repair, see the other reviews. From experience they ruined more stuff in my home then they fixed!!!! And if you dare to question the so-called repair person they get get mad & won't answer u.. Just like Maria they think they r the best when they clearly have no idea of what they're doing!!! I've talked to many customers & they totally agree with me. I even got thumbs up for this comment.

I used their handy-man service to make an installation in my home. Because the 1 guy needed assistance, he brought a second guy with him and then charged me the hourly rate x 2. Seniors are on a limited income, I do not see this as being sensitive or helpful to seniors' needs. The main guy had an attitude and talked down to me when I commented or questioned him about the installation.
