The administrative end of the organization has been efficient and effective in meeting all of my needs.

Gil the owner of Senior Helpers has been great. My father needed 24 hour care and a lot of assistance. He was able to get a team in place the day of our call. Most of the caregivers have been top notch. My biggest concerns were continuity of care by trusted and knowledgeable caregivers. We had a few bumps in the road ( I expected this) the first week but after that all has gone as planned. The company has great customer service, they always can be reached and fix any problem on their end or our end immediately. I would recommend them to anyone.

Only able to use for a short time, but highly recommend!!
Family member went into hospice as Memorial Weekend was approaching. Our family realized how much we needed a break. Of the very few services who were open to phone calls or inquiries that Saturday morning, Senior Helpers had someone ACTUALLY ANSWERING THE PHONE!!
The team jumped through some crazy hoops, found us a caregiver to give us much-needed help on Monday and several times later that week.
She was an amazingly caring individual who bonded so wonderfully with our family & our sick loved one very quickly.
Sadly our family member passed very shortly after and yet, we hold Senior Helpers and their wonderful staff so warmly in our hearts. We appreciate everything they did to provide our family SO much relief!!

I have been extremely pleased by the quality and kindness of the staff at Senior Helpers. My mother is 97, has severe hearing loss and is almost blind from macular degeneration. However she is still bright and alert and insists on living independently in her own apartment. We have been able to contract for daily services, personal care and companionship from Senior Helpers which allows her to continue to live the way that is most important to her. We are very grateful for the caring and competent staff.

Senior Helper's Care Givers have been providing transportation for our parents and uncle to and from medical appointments for the past several months. The service has been seamless since day one. Scheduling is easy and they have been able to accommodate last minute requests. Care Givers are compassionate, professional and concerned for the well being of their clients. My family used Senior Helpers for an extended period of time (5+ weeks) at 19 hours per day to assist my father who had broken his leg and has dementia on top of it. His dementia manifested itself in mood swings and unpredictability and keep staff on their toes constantly. Family dynamics as they are and on top of high emotional stress due to my father's infirmary, Senior Helpers was challenged to navigate through the opinions, directions, and needs of the family. Senior Helpers met the challenge and provided consistent, dependable, and trained resources. As my father's situation continued to be fluid, Senior Helpers was also fluid expanding and contracting help when we needed it, sometimes on just a few hours notice. They were focused on my father's care and went above and beyond to meet needs, sometimes coordinating with their competitors to fill shifts and provide the necessary services. We could not have done it without them!
