This is a great training facility with all the equipment I need to train. I love the results I’ve made so far and can’t wait to see what is to come. I’ve been training with Hector U. He is a great motivator and extremely knowledgeable about physical training, as well as nutritional health.

Nice facility and it’s private. Not very crowded. It’s a personal training facility. It’s not only a PT facility but they have group classes like Marshall arts, boxing etc. the vibe is different. You can only workout when you’re trainer is there and only in session… I am training with Adam and he’s amazing. His prices are reasonably priced. I have trained with him at a commercial gym that I still go to and workout. The gym PT sessions are over priced for sure. Def recommend this facility if you need personal training for a better deal if the gym PT doesn’t fit your budget too well. Each trainer is different. Adam also offers group training too. I would suggest signing up for training with Adam. You won’t regret it. But before that be sure to give his complimentary workout a try and see if the trainer is the right fit.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Everyone has been very welcoming since I first stepped in the building smiling and saying hello everyone is amazing and offers encouragement to get you through one more set even if you are not their client. There is no pressure or judgment and the place is super clean. My trainer Scotty aka @bodybyscotty is absolutely amazing. He is warm and welcoming and pushes in a way that makes you want to just keep pushing even when your tired it's like you want to do one more rep to make him proud. He is very up front with how he does things and what to expect with him. He gives you the tools to use and is willing to go above an beyond to make sure your reaching your full potential. I have been working with him 4 months now and his commitment to me has always been at the same energy. He is very attentive and focused during the sessions and not on his phone which I love cause I know he's paying attention to my form and sets to make sure they are done correctly. I highly recommend him if you are seeking a trainer that will push you and motivate you to be the best you you can be.

I discovered Scott Bowman (@bodibyscotty) via Instagram, before moving here to California, and he was incredibly responsive, and provided a lot of insight on how he's training works, and what I could expect. When I arrived here to California, before my furniture even arrived and had my initial workout and consultation with him. I presented him lofty goals and a mood-board of what I hope to achieve with my body. After, Scott Bowman did one of the most important things in my opinion, he reset my expectations of what I could expect to achieve in the first couple of weeks. Then inspired and motivated me that what I wanted was possible with time** and consistency. And finally Scott gave me a workout plan, and recommended nutrition to match my goals. Since then I have dropped a over 20lbs since training with him in July.

I have seen an absolute difference in my body, my energy levels, and my strength and although I'm not where I want to be, I understand I am getting there step by step. During training Scott pushes you to get that extra rep, or push to finish the movement, but never pressures. Checks on how you are outside of training, and during training and motivates you to keep going even sharing insight into his own journey with fitness. Scott Bowman @bodibyscotty is really a phenomenal trainer, that is knowledgeable about what he's doing, where you want to be, and how he can get you there. He's not selling you dream, or making you commit to more than you are ready for. I am really proud of what I've been able to accomplish with him as my trainer, and really hope people reading this seek to trust him with their fitness journey too!

Self Made Training in Redlands is absolutely wonderful. I was previously being trained at a larger commercial gym and the difference is like night and day. There is no waiting for equipment to be available, no peak hours where the facility is insanely busy. There is just an overall sense of calm when you walk in that helps you focus on completing your training. They have every piece of equipment needed to help you reach your fitness goal. My current trainer there is Scott @BodybyScotty. I can't say enough great things about him. I have never been athletic or even into exercise but I wanted to "tone up" and I have to say with this training I not only see a difference but I have been motivated to make this a lifestyle. Dare I say... I look forward to working out and challenging my body. His method of training pushes you but never beyond your physical capabilities. He makes you feel comfortable. If you are looking for a trainer Scott is the man and self made training in Redlands is the place!!

I've been going here since November 2019. My trainer is Steph Huerta; she is very nice, informative, and helpful. The workouts are tough, but she is positive and pushes you to do better each week. She has been helpful with providing information on how to better plan meals. I have lost some weight, have more endurance, and generally feel better. It has been a huge motivation to continue my work outs. I would highly recommend Steph, she is awesome.

The gym itself is clean with nice equipment. All of the other trainers I have met in this gym have been very nice and positive as well.

I love this facility! The machines are clean and well kept. It's not crowded and it's also not super hot or smelly on the inside like the previous gym I was going to. I've been training with Scott Bowman from Body By Scotty @bodibyscotty (his IG). He is the best! Literally so patient and understanding with me. He's made a bunch of extra workouts for me to do on the days when I'm not personal training with him along with meal plans and calorie goals. This guy knows what he's doing. He is in his 50s but looks ripped and young like a guy in his 30s. I've already seen changes in my body and endurance. He really makes the workouts fun. I'm a words of affirmation kinda girl and he really knows how to motivate me!
