Just got back from Steger court thanks to this place. Our family has been donating here for 30+ years. A few months ago, we decided to donate some books and clothes, because we believe in the cause. Without clear signs stating you will get fined and trespassed, my parents got two tickets in the mail for trespassing and for illegal dumping, totally ridiculous! So they got our donations they get to resell, but my parents, trying to do a good deed and donate, got a $50.00 fine for "illegal dumping". Whoever did this is evil, but trust us, you will never get another donation from us ever again! They nailed about 7 families at $50 each for DONATING! Whoever did this is low class, petty, and heartless!

You are losing donators at an alarming rate, because we all discussed how we will never do this again. You also lost 6 customers from us alone, congratulations. Not very intelligent, but I guess whatever makes you feel better. Great way to treat people trying to do good things and people you are already making money off.

I love shopping this store! Every time I have a chance to go there, I never leave empty-handed, there is something for everyone! 1 of my favorite places to be! I also love being able to make donations! It's so satisfying to know you are helping precious animals!

I love Second Chance Resale! I've purchased many, many things over the phone just by seeing the pics on FB. Because I can't get there until weekends, I can buy over the phone and pick up on Saturdays. Unique items; quality items - just a great place. I look forward to the weekly pics! Also excellent pet supplies - that are new not used. One of my favorite places to shop resale.

Great place to shop, you never know what you’re going to find at affordable prices. The shop is neat, clean and items are very well displayed. Obviously there is a lot of care and thought process going into these displays, the clothes are in great condition and good quality. The employees all are very nice and accommodating!!! Wonderful place, a diamond in the rough!

The employees are so very sweet and polite, I'd LOVE to come back. I just donated my bike and a bag of clothes to this shop to make someone happy. I'm working on getting my first car and I no longer need the bike. I bought the bike 4 years ago for almost $300 and I chose to donate it to give someone else have a mode of transportation this coming spring.

Cleanest and most organized thrift shop I have ever entered. These volunteers obviously take pride in their shop and have very fair prices on all their goods. Excellent choice of kitchen tables reasonably priced, and lots of variety of kitchen items.
