This house of worship rocks. I would love to become part of their congregation. I get inspired when i drive by. Imagine what the inspiration is like inside during services. I am sure it gets your soul excited! God Bless!!

My home church FOREVER!!! Love the people!! Love my Pastor, Pastor Parks.... love my former Pastor, Pastor Edmond..... NEVER have I attended Second Baptist and not felt God's Presence move through this place!

Was flying a kite with my son and this lady with a black Benz SUV yelled at us and told to get the F off the property because it’s private. Wow so godly of this church is. What a shame.

Second Baptist is a great church. The people are warm and friendly like their Pastor. The Pastor consistently delivers a positive life-changing message straight from God's Word. Second Baptist offers a lot to the community and to everyone who comes through their doors!

I love SBC and my SBC FAMILY.... It’s a BIG CHURCH with the closeness and fellowshipping of a small “down-home” church! The Pastoral and Ministerial leaders of Second Baptist try their very best(s) to PERSONALLY acquaint themselves with the entire congregation. Second Baptist is the friendliest church I’ve ever attended. I may be somewhat biased because my ancestors have been a part of the SBC membership since the late 1800’s. But I can honestly say, if you or anyone you may know, needs a good, Bible guided church home, you’d be hard pressed to find a finer church than Second Baptist of Elgin.
