Dr. Resig was very nice and helpful when I went in to see him for help with my left ankle. As it turned out, my ankle wasn’t broken; I just needed to wear a brace on it to help me move around.

Scheduled a last minute appointment with Dr. Resig for a high ankle sprain. He ordered weight bearing x-rays, took the time to review my MRI results with me, and gave me some good news (that I wouldn’t need surgery). I can’t recommend him enough!

I came in with a knee injury causing constant popping, clicking and instability. First appointment, he did a physical assessment of my knee and an xray. When both came back fine, he commented 'oh well nothing is torn, so your knee is fine'. I told him I didn't have the issue before the injury and asked if there was anything he could to do help. He provided no recommendations. I pushed and he offered to schedule an MRI, stating that it was unlikely to find anything. It took over 3 weeks to schedule a follow up after I got my MRI and I was only able to get with his PA.

When I got with his PA, again, they told me nothing was wrong and my knee was fine. At the appointment, he suggested I get a cortisol injection. I agreed. He gave me the injection, which caused excruciating pain during the procedure and caused bleeding to the point Brandon and the MA had to run and get towels to keep it from bleeding on the floor. It bled nonstop for a solid 5-6 minutes after the needle was removed. After the procedure, I was unable to walk for 2 days and have continued to have ongoing pain that has not gone away. That was 2 months ago. My knee is now significantly worse than before the shot. Pain, constant popping and clicking and limping. It was only until I got an HA injection in my knee from another practice, which caused no issues or bleeding, that I realized just how bad Brandon messed up. It's infuriating that he would pretend like nothing was wrong after seeing all that blood and the pain I was in.

When I went to see a new orthopedist, they immediately identified the cause of the knee issues and I'm currently being treated for both that and the damage his PA caused with the cortisol injection. Stay away. I’ve never written a review about a doctor before but I had to warn people so they don’t end up worse off like me

Edit:: It’s now been 2 months since they left their boilerplate response to give them a call to discuss my review. I called them 3 separate times at the number they offered, along with leaving a VM with all of my info to have them call me back. Never got a call back. I’m left completely shocked that after such a terrible experience, they can’t even call me back to talk to me.
