Amanda is great! Funny, quirky and has the ability to make the course fun. We all know the refresher bls course is cringe worthy with the dry AHA videos... But Amanda adds her own flare and made the course fun and interesting. A+

The instructor explained everything well for my CPR BLS course. They sent out a study guide that helped made ratios and different scenarios easier to remember. It was easier to apply this knowledge during the application process. Videos helped facilitate memory as well. I felt comfortable when needing my techniques corrected such as holding the airbag. My muscle memory seemed to do it correctly after practice. Class size was small so more one-one time with instructor. It seemed like everyone in the class had all questions answered. They offered coffee and snacks which is a great bonus. They also offered to help teach family. CPR card available within a few hours from AHA.

Great course as always! Staff here clearly have experience and are very knowledgeable in the healthcare field. The instructor added a much appreciated amount of entertainment to help keep the class engaged and make an otherwise boring refresher course for work engaging! Highly recommend! I took my BLS and my EMT IV certification here. I was wanting to get my EMT IV as soon as possible, but every other location in the springs had their upcoming classes full. Catherine helped me greatly by getting me into the next class- which I learned about only two days prior to the beginning of said class. Although it was last second, she made sure to take the time to inform me on what I needed to do and she made sure I had everything needed to be prepared. She was always a pleasure to speak with as well. I don't think any other location would have been this accommodating to my situation.

Nelson was a great instructor for the EMT IV class. Taught me everything I needed to be prepared for clinicals and I feel confident in my IV sticks now.

And although I took my BLS class months ago, I feel I need to leave a review for that too. The class was easy to understand and I quickly learned all the necessary skills for CPR. The instructors really care about your understanding.

A real focus on flexibility and customer care. Catherine was very accommodating and kind in allowing me to reschedule my class twice after having issues with my availability. I will not be taking my business anywhere else but here based on her attentiveness and understanding alone.

Nelson was my instructor and he is simply fantastic. The class flew by for me and it was insanely easy to understand and retain all the information given. I can't wait to come back!

Highly recommend. I was given 5 days notice to complete both ACLS and NRP for a new job and was panicking but Catherine made it so easy to get both skills sessions booked and done in time. She is so friendly, has a ton of snacks, and really alleviates any stress you might have about the classes. I'll be getting all my certifications through her from now on!

I really loved that I could renew my ACLS, PALS and BLS in one day, this alone will have me coming back for every renewal I need. Catherine and Nelson are incredible instructors, Nelson in particular has a wicked sense of humor that made class so much fun. A nice touch was the unlimited free coffee and a surprising variety of snacks.
