These classes are wonderful! The instructors are friendly and they make the classes fun. I was intimidated to go at first, but once I arrived everyone was relaxed and friendly and I was immediately at ease (I am a curvy mom, not in great shape). These classes will make you sweat, but they are so much fun the time flies by. I look forward to them every week. I would absolutely recommend!
