The worst liars of all time. We have been here few times to enroll ESL classes and the front desk all said to come back on September 16th to attend at orientation class.

Today, September 16th, we are here at 7:50 am, and some ladies at the door having papers on their hand saying that “sorry no availability “.

This is a sign of worst management. If let’s say you do not have space, why are you lying to the people to come on September 16th?

I hope management changes soon and I will do my complaints anywhere officially we can. I urge others to do so. California Department of Education is good where to start. Learning English for residents must not be this hard way. Instead of prioritizing paid classes, they should pay attention ESL classes.

I went to take a placement test to take an English class and I went to register at the open time(8am) of the day, but it's already full. I've been preparing for this since a month ago. but Unable to register at any time. we don't have a chance and this is the worst liars of all time.

Went for beginners swimming class here and will avoid.
My trainer kept body shaming me everytime I asked her better ways to not drown, she kept saying “you are fat and that’s why you are sinking, maybe you should lose some fat and it will help.” and tbh I am not really obese with bmi of 25.1. She also assumed that the female friend with whom I joined the class was my partner and kept asking her very uncomfortable questions like “You must be knowing how heavy he is, why is he drowning?” Or “How do you manage, you are very skinny” , even though she said those things without any aggression or passive aggression, It was shocking to hear it. Overall her teaching was not good at all, but 2 star because it was cheap.

I got 2 classes in Santa Clara Adult Ed "Office Skills and Communication & Team building", with Ms. Gail Yee , it really exceeded my expectations! It was wonderful experience and very professional environment.
