It was an absolute pleasure completing the Sandler Training program with Brad. The content has been around for some time, but the psychological steps are tried and true and will never change although the mediums for marketing communications will. The Sandler content itself is spectacular and a true game changer in the sales arena. Unfortunately, the quality of instruction, professionalism, and overall rep/student satisfaction is woefully inadequate from this branch. Choose another Sandler rep to guide your team. As a VP of Sales here in town and with many experiences with this franchise owner, he may talk a good game out of the gate but his shocking and desperate pleading for business, the constant hounding for more pay, and a general lack of professionalism with my support staff leaves you scratching your head. How can sales content this great be delivered in such an antithetical manner? Be prepared for someone who teaches the Sandler way but actually sells and acts like someone who is in dire need of living their own content.
