If you’re in Ouray it’s a must to stop by and say whatsup to the owner, Meadow. She’ll let you know about their memberships and the courses they offer. In April I took the beginning wheel throwing class. I enjoyed class so much I signed up for the beginning plus class. Meadow is a great instructor - knowledgeable, paitient and supportive. She also has a gallery of local artist's work. A very friendly and creative space. From my beginning class, look it's symetrical!!!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a genuine passion for pottery. Meadow is not only talented but also incredibly knowledgeable and eager to share insights about the craft. The studio offers a range of handmade pieces, each showcasing unique designs and techniques.
I had the opportunity to try my hand at the wheel, and the owner guided me patiently (cuz I’m not good at it), and made the whole experience so much fun!
