Got my EBT card printed here. I waited in line for 3-5 mins, told them my personal info (SSN, DOB, Name, etc) then told them what I needed. They gave me a number, I waited outside for around 30-45 mins before they called my number. I verified my personal info (SSN, DOB, etc) and they handed me my card!! In total took a little under an hour.

This is an semi-outdoor location. The clerk is in this small building with a clear divider, theres a canopy overhead. You talk to them and wait outside.

Not all people can stand in line for a half hour to 2 hours need some sort of seats or something. They needa better system for the people in line. I'm sure one or two employees can go outside and ask what people need help with, take info down and do a quick run inside the office where another employee can get done what we need.

They close 30 minutes early, and the security enjoys to be rude to everyone. I have never been told at a human health agency that they close in extra 30 minutes early on a Monday...

Unprofessionalism at its best, went in for something that takes literally 10 minutes to make up.

Came through for a live scan and my finger prints weren’t done correctly. Had to return to redo the prints. The clerks appear to be confused about everything, no one is connected and they can’t find any information about anything even with a computer right in front of their face. Incompetence at its finest…

Two times I went to this office and twice refused to help, while the second time my position was critical, if you really need help, do not rely too much on this center, since you can refuse completely without worrying about what's wrong with you will be. If you still decide to apply, be prepared for the fact that you will spend a very long time before you hear a positive or negative answer that in critical situations is fraught with serious consequences.
