Always super quick and the seating is incredible. Lots of space, smart layout..theres a separated play area and reading area for kids with a flat screen and cartoons on and its away from the main area so it isnt distracting. The loud speaker also calls the numbers through the speakers in the restroom so taking a bathroom break wont stop you from hearing when they call you.

Mrs. Guitirrez, is Rude and comes off very prideful and she thinks she's better than others. I went in to just get a EBT card replacement and for some reason they sent me to a worker? I was called to Mrs. Guitirrez window and you could feel her bad energy in just the way she talks to people. She says sit down and I said No I'm fine not would you like to take a seat just straight rude. I saw her minutes prior talking to her coworkers all happy and laughing but when she serves people she lacks professinalism. If she has a problem with people that are on assistance than why is she working here. Very foul attitude and mean spirited. I reminded her that we all are one paycheck away from being homeless. No one is better than anyone because we all eat and poop the same Mrs. Guitirrez.

They discontinued my benefits through no fault of my own it was a mistake on their part and now they are refusing to help me and are giving me the run around and they are refusing to return any of my calls and are making things up as excuses to not help me extremely unprofessional and they discriminate against people in need. If I could give them negative Stars I would.
