If I could leave a - star or 0 I would. I see why daycare are hard to find, getting this company to pay you is like getting blood out of a turnip. Haven't pd me since July & everytime I call it's automated no answer or on hold for 10+ min. But they have no problem trying to get you to become a licensed provider...no thx I can't get paid for the ones I watch now. What a joke...here to get papers & it's one big run around. Don't waste your time people

My kids go to the rock island one. I’m hoping to find a new Daycare for my kids. I’m a single working mom who depends on childcare. My daughter was attacked by another little girl while going here last week. And this was the second time that other girl touched my kid. However this time it was far worse. Her back was pretty bad looking and it sounding like it went from a yelling fight to a rolling on the ground punching scratching pulling hair fight! My daughter is only 9yrs old! When I asked where were the teachers I was told they were doing breaks and another one was just talking. I did talk to the little girl and felt bad. I could tell she was upset and scared herself and maybe dealt with anger issues. So I left it all alone. Yesterday my son who has had issues refused to go inside and they not only called me from work to get him but they gave him a week suspension?! They know he has behavioral problems and that he’s on medicine that he is claiming isn’t working. They also know that I have an appointment today with his doctor to maybe change it and that he also has an apt with Robert young Friday to look into other options that his regular doctor doesn’t look into. I also asked while on break could he maybe see their mental health Therapists. I was told yea we can sit that up. I never heard anything else. So they know I’m actively trying to fix this. Last week he also didn’t want to come inside and was jumping into puddles and they called and said he’s fine just bring him some dry clothes and he can stay. I don’t feel like a week suspension for not coming inside is right at all but I also don’t feel like there were any steps. It went from bring him clothes he can stay to one week suspension in one weeks time. And other than the two Monday’s he had no issues at all. Their website is a lie! I picked them because they specialized with kids with behavioral issues. They said they believe in the pulling in method instead of the pushing out methods or kids with behavioral issues and kids that needs extra help self regulating. “Keeping children in the classroom allows for more instructional and capacity that promotes both developmental and academic learning.” Yet they suspended my son for a week for not coming inside yet the girl who attacked my little girl twice didn’t even get her parents called? She got to take a nap in another classroom that had smaller kids when she obviously was a danger the others. Part of me thinks it’s because complained about my little girl getting attacked and was very upset and asked how did this happen? I bring her here to keep her safe while I’m at work. Yet she gets attacked and other kids are trying to save her before another teacher does? Now they are suspending my son over a smaller problem and yes I know this isn’t the first problem but they never even sent him home for the day or anything never gave any warnings of suspension. And I was open with them when I was looking for childcare and I have explained that we have all these appointments to try to fix this issue. I’m not just not doing anything about it. A kids attacks another kid and they didn’t even call the parents and it wasn’t her first time either (in fact they didn’t even call me to let me know my little girl was attacked or hurt) a kid refused to come inside and gets a week suspension.
