I have attended several classes on different days at this studio. Each class has a different pace and focus, which adds a nice variety to the yoga practice. While each class might be different, the comfortable atmosphere and welcoming teachers remained consistent.

Regardless of experience and fitness level, I find this studio to be a great place to practice yoga and get a great workout at the same time.

I just started going to Sacred Space a little over a month ago. When I stepped foot in the building, it was my first time ever attending a yoga class and I instantly felt so incredibly welcome by Krista, Mary, Precious, Persephone, and Iris. Now I can’t get enough of yoga and am in the habit of going 4-5 times per week. I love the calm and relaxing environment that the studio provides at such an affordable cost, especially for students.

I have been going for over 6 months now and I feel comfortable in saying that Sacred Space is an absolutely amazing environment. Krista, the owner, is so down-to-earth, kind and engaged. Her cats and cat-sized dog are so cute and loving and further create a unique experience. Finally, Sacred Space has truly amazing instructors, always creating a warm and inclusive environment. From first-timers, to advanced practitioners, Sacred Space's wide breadth of classes are suitable for everyone.
