The RTC training centre is perfect for my son. Mike offers individual programs that he tailors for each player. My son has gotten so much stronger. Coach Mike has gone above and beyond training my two sons. His work outs are highly detailed , and personalized to my son’s needs and strengths . He doesn’t stop at helping them on the field , he also is assisting in there playing future and there educational future. His attention to detail is amazing!

Mike Carter at RTC Performance Training Lab has been my son’s travel baseball coach from 9-14U. Coach Mike Carter has been my son’s baseball coach for the past several years. He is now also currently operating the RTC baseball facility. The RTC facility is perfect for teams to workout, have hitting or pitching practice for year round training. Coach Carter also offers individualized player training focusing on your players needs.
