River Valley in Olathe gave thorough and respectful care my first time at the clinic. Front desk, MA and provider were professional and good listeners. I was even brought in to the room within a few minutes. I'm so glad I switched to this clinic!

I love river valley. My doctor is experienced compassionate pairing and above all, interested in me. I cannot say enough about the excellent care given to me. By doctor rafanelli . The olata and Montrose facilities seem to have more of an Hometown feeling. Then the Delta facility.
That's why I like going to those more . I always get good medical care, but the Delta facility seems colder.

The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. was in my room right at my appointment, which is excellent but rare. Dr. Rafenelli listens and provides excellent care.

Have been to this clinic with my 1 year old twice now. Both times I have had an appointment to get my tether cleaned with Tasha. My daughter didn’t have an appointment and she still took the time to include my daughter with cleanings. Answered any questions I had and gave great advice for a first time mom about taking care of my daughters teeth. Took the time to comfort my daughter and gave her things to distract her while mom (me) was getting teeth cleaned. The best dental hygienist I have been to and would recommend to anyone! Very professional and personable.

My daughter came to Rachel for help with her sobriety and the need to stay on Suboxone. My daughter had other serious medical problems, at the time she had heart failure, kidney failure stage five on dialysis three times a week. We had so many doctors appointments that were for specialist that we needed to see. We chose a primary over at Cedar Point because we needed specialized care, when Rachel found out that we had a primary that wasn’t her, she said she would no longer provide my daughter with Suboxone. I don’t know how many people know, but for an addict Suboxone is a miracle, but they have to stay on it , it stops the craving that an addict would have., because it’s not the policy of the river valley family health center, you have to use their primary care, or in this case Rachel another words you have to stay under their policies and their rules. My daughter had several specialist that we had to go to. She begged , sent messages over and over to Rachel without a response. she , my daughter
no longer had a way to get Suboxone, this is a tragedy.!!!
My daughter took her life because she could not handle her addiction anymore. You can say a lot of things like well. She was just an attic. She wasn’t. She was a 42-year-old woman who seriously wanted help and was rejected by Rachel & the clinic! She needed help & wanted it!
I would say not to go to this clinic at all. They don’t specialize in anything and their policies are ridiculous.
I hold Rachel responsible for my daughters passing. She is not a professional. She is an absolute nightmare.

Very unfortunate that a practice like this is able to remain open. The new patient office visit seemed normal. It was the follow up that was so disappointing. I was not given blood work orders when I left my appointment had to make a special trip to a different office to get printed orders. Then when blood work results were In I waited two weeks after. I had to leave a couple messages for them to follow up with me. I then had to request a prescription to treat a current condition that the blood work results came out normal range. Glad it wasn’t life-threatening. When they said the would call in a prescribed they would call it in that morning. Well it took two days after having to call them twice to remind them. I called spoke with the director of nursing staff informed him of my concerns. Not only for my care but also my mother In-laws who has more serious issues then myself. He told me he would follow her care as I would no long be a patient of record at there office. Well sadly to say. He has not followed her care. She is still waiting for for there office to follow up with her and a referral to another office. Her last doctors visit was 2 months ago. Unfortunately her condition worsens with stress as is not able to make repeat called this on makes her more frustrated. I have worked in the medical field for over 10 years and know what it takes to run a medical office. This is the worst medical professional office I have ever encountered. They should be ashamed! They do not provide patient care whatsoever. I switched to another office and haven’t had any of these issues. They couldn’t be more unorganized.
