How can you expect your guest to sleep in this shitty mattress after a long day snowboarding/skiing…
We made a horrible decision to stay here place called keystone buffalo lodge.
Murphy bed In the kitchen!
This mattress probably from 1980! Outdated!!! my back is leaning into the middle of the bed..
I wonder when was the last time they updated and how can you offer this ?
Everything in this place is outdated with ridiculous room price you are charging people. NEVER AGAIN.
Update: called reception and informed how uncomfortable this bed and asked for solution she said someone will bring a mattress topper.
It was 9:30 pm we waited until 11 pm unfortunately no-one came.
Note: when we booked the room there was not a single Murphy bed pictures posted.
So be aware.

We came here for a relaxing and nice couple of days in the mountains. The condos are great, hot tubs are nice, and overall we had a wonderful experience.

Had an amazing stay in River Run Village, compared to the Mountain Town section of Keystone, River Run Village is definitely the best area of Keystone to stay in while you're visiting the area. We thought there was much more to do in the village, you're right near the gondola and a number of restaurants. We stayed in a two bedroom at the Red Hawk Lodge section of the Village and absolutely loved the room. The location was a 3 minute walk to the gondola and around 5 minutes to the center of the village. We will definitely be back!

Came here for a few days in August and it was lovely! Our room was clean and welcoming. The village around the condos is cute and fun! Overall, it was a great, pleasant visit!

This place was great! Came for business and was treated very well at the Lodge. The night guy Skylark was very helpful and courteous. Stayed in River Run, the condo was beautiful and great views, easy to get around. The condo desk could use a lesson on courtesy, they didn't seem to care, even the make manager was rude, but luckily Skylark was able to make it better. Next time I'll stay at the Lodge hotel. Thanks Lodge guys!!

You can’t get a hold of anyone by phone. We had questions about amenities & security enforcement/noise disturbances and you cannot get through to an actual person during the day or at night. No enforcement of condo policies with drunk people in hot tub till well after 11pm (close at 10p) when we have young kids trying to sleep.

We have stayed at resorts throughout CO and UT. Skip River Run Village. Atrocious customer service.
