Stephanie guided us into a healing realm with her gentle voice and mesmerizing instruments. Each moment was beautiful, welcoming and enlightened; from the serene and cozy space to the warm cup of tea after we came back into the physical realm. This sound session was one of the best I've taken part of and will be remembered. We booked as a group of friends on a relaxing trip and each of us awoke with a sense of tranquility and groundedness. Most of all, it was so fun to see the gorgeous set of instruments, hear the individual sounds and bond with each other after the experience. Thank you, Stephanie!

“Rising Gaia“

Today, I had my first session with Stephanie, who is the instrumental healer of Rising Gaia. I have had group sound journeys before, but I have never had the attention and the focus of a private session.

I think Stephanie’s words at the opening to her website, “We are all connected” speaks volumes as to how Stephanie humbly, intricately and compassionately moves into such a vulnerable and tender space as the client’s body and spirit.

For me today, my intention was to let go and plant seeds of renewal. Stephanie has the gift of sound choreography and she moves through her instruments and follows her intuition. She makes a connection to the person who has chosen to take a path of sound healing and trusts her to take the helm.

My experience today was a palpable shift from the time I entered her space.

I will return to Stephanie and her gifts to experience more opportunities to heal and support my own growth.

I have so much gratitude for my experience at Rising Gaia.
