Kate is wonderful! I struggled being able to find a reliable massage therapist that could provide me a prenatal massage. Everywhere else that I tried was either afraid to work on me or not able to address my pain. Not Kate, she knew exactly how to help me and it has been such a pleasure to work with her. She’s not only able to address my concerns when I’m with her, but she provides at home tips and tricks for me to use at home, which I appreciate. Highly recommend!!

Amber worked slowly & thoughtfully, catching a lot of the "right spots" along the way, which isn't something that's easy to find in a therapist, as most therapists work fast & miss a lot. She had a good presence & struck a great balance between getting "work" done & helping me to relax quite a bit, which is what I asked for. Also she had a great touch.

I have had many massages over the years, and so many of them have been phenomenal and these therapists I would definitely go back and see. But, with Amber, the massage is better than any other I have experienced. I believe it’s her skill coupled with her character that makes the experience blissful and healing - both physically and mentally. She knows when to talk and when not to, her technique is healing and effective, yet not so intense my body cannot stay relaxed. Her personality, character and evident compassion allows me and my body to feel completely safe and relaxed, and often I feel an almost out of body experience. Today was my first time at Rise and Shine. The owner Kate and Amber welcomed me as I arrived. They were both super friendly and informative. The office is a calming well kept space that offers a holistic approach to health. As a nurse and soon to be NP, I stress to my patients the power of being healthy and caring for your body instead of just taking a prescription for every little health problem. Big healthcare doesn't profit off of healthy people. We definitely need to utilize great places like Rise and Shine!

Amber was my massage therapist. As a former ER nurse, I did some serious damage to my back and body in general. I received a phenomenal, long overdo massage! Amber was meticulous as she worked her way through all of my kinks and knots.

I've had a large number of massages and it's easy to tell when the therapist just provides the same massage to all patients. This couldn't have been further from my experience with Amber!

I highly recommend this place! What better to find than a dedicated staff providing well rounded care, opposed to a big chain healthcare office. Couldn't have better things to say about my experience!

This is a small business that is not overwhelming to enter. Kate gives you a friendly greeting and checks with you to see what you want to achieve through your massage. She takes her cue from you and proceeds to administer the perfect massage!

Katelyn is amazing. She is extremely thorough when explaining everything. You can tell she cares deeply about giving you the best experience possible. She has a great energy and is very kind. When I explained the spots that gave me the most trouble on my back she took a lot of time to make sure that they were worked on. I have never felt so comfortable getting a massage.
