I just sold my house. This would have been extremely hard to do if I didn't have Lenny selling my property. I moved to Florida and was in Florida while the house was on the market. Many unexpected things came up some of which were very involved. Four contractors were needed to work on the house. Lenny found contractors, made all the needed phone calls, made sure everything got done, and done correctly. He handled everything. Why did Sancho Panza go with Don Quixote? He LIKED him. Lenny is great…BUT - much more importantly - he is a STELLAR realtor. We purchased a property with him five years ago, and while he could have advised us to make a higher offer (and earn more commission for himself), he helped us secure the property for an incredible bargain.
