This non-profit organization branch in Concord is very unprofessional and lacks etiquette. Julie Rachman requested confidential documents to be sent over via email for work related purposes, and when I asked for a fax number and the option to come in person there was no response from her. She was also emailing me at night after office hours asking for paperwork to be sent, didn't have a professional signature line, & no contact information on her email to represent their organization.

Human resources, Christine Fleming, eventually emailed me and specified that this agency does not have a fax number. Which was a lie. What agency do you know does not have a fax number for processing paperwork Someone else was easily able to verify it for me, but I immediately discontinued. These people can be doing anything with your paperwork and act suspicious. Major red flag 🚩 There ratings are going down for a reason!!!

The agency may be good but Marcy Martinez is a terrible caseworker. It’s been over a year since she’s checked on my son who she case-manages. She never return phone calls nor emails. This is classic client abuse or lack of case managing skills.

Great organization and I doubt you will find an organization that will serve you better. However, this does not mean it has its flaws and inefficiencies. They are understaffed and overworked, but they still strive to bring the best results to all of its clients. Patience and consistency is the key to dealing with this organization. If you believe there is any chance you may need their services for autism or any other special need, then apply as soon as possible because the process is long but the results worth it.

When I was a high school senior, those so-called social workers working in that place were horrible at their jobs and they even support parents who abuse their disabled kids. They should get fired if they haven’t already and never be allowed to work in the social welfare field of any kind ever again. Thanks for nothing!
