They are usually fast to serve your needs. Very informative and you can get all your needs done at this office since it is a regional office. Unlike in Fresno Metro area you can only go to one office for each specific need. They ate courteous and very helpful. Always a fast and good experience there. Highly recommend if u need to go to any Social Services office. I would drive all the way to Reedley if I need any one of their services and I live in Fresno just because it's a one stop shop and I can get everything done there and I will be out of there faster than if I went to any Fresno office which I would have to go to different offices to get more than one need serviced.

Ive been trying to contact someone named Cynthia for an EMT training class for 3 weeks now and have gotten nothing from her. Calling multiple times over the course of these past few weeks, left a voicemai this monday, and an email 3 weeks ago that has not been responded to. My only regret is that i can't give them zero stars.
