Instructor Cathy was very detailed. She explained everything in a manner you can understand. It also helped that she was very excited about her students understanding the material, passing the class, the state exam, and becoming Brokers. I highly recommend this school and the Tinley Park location with Cathy as the instructor.

I have to start by thanking God!! Im grateful that a client of mine referred me to this school but im sooo thankful for having peggy as my instructor. she is an amazing teacher. And thats even an understatement! I highly recommend her class, she is patient, she will even go back if you’ve missed something and assure you have the information you need to not only pass but be successful in Realestate as a whole, she makes sure that you’re understanding every lesson every chapter and even gives real life scenarios which helped me remember at my board exam on a number of questions. I literally am not a webinar learner I have to be in a class setting but the webinar class with Peggy was like i was at an in class setting!!! I can go on and on but I’m sure you get the point choose this school and inquire about peggy strode class to assure success!!!! Thanks again soo much peggy!!

I took the Pre License Real Estate course with Gus at the Garfield Ridge location and had a great experience. Gus is an amazing instructor. He is passionate, knowledgeable and makes sure to keep students engaged throughout the course. If you are searching for a location/instructor I HIGHLY recommend this one. I recently passed both portions of the exam and owe many thanks to this course. You will be guided through the material in the most efficient and effective way!

I took the Real Estate Brokers course with Gus and it was fantastic. I took my state test and passed!!! He was very knowledgeable and always answered my questions. I would recommend him as an instructor 100%. You do have to invest your time and do your part. It is a fast paced and tough class. The only suggestion I have for the institution is to review some of the course materials. There were some errors that either Gus or classmates caught and he cleared up for us.
