There are a lot of non profits in the world and there are a lot of great causes to give your money and time to. It truly i difficult to pick and at the end of the day, all you want is to make an impact and you truly are never sure if $25 or $50 dollars helps someone. Well Reading Partners does it all! By donating and or volunteering - you are literally helping kids that don't know how to read catch up to their grade level so they are able to move forward in school. If they cant read proficiently by the 3rd grade, they wont graduate high school (statistically speaking), if they don't graduate... as we all know it becomes a problem for everyone. You have tangible proof that what you are doing is helping and closing the educational gap in this country. Even if you don't donate money, volunteer to read 1 hour a week. I love reading partners!!
