My kids did the summer camp this school offers, which has the same teachers and principal as the Chinese school elementary classes. These teachers are wonderful! They love kids and are very experienced and good at teaching, and my 7+4 year olds really love them. The camp involved some class time learning Chinese, but also really great fun classes (animal scavenger hunts, Lego challenges, Chinese song+dance, chess and math class which my kids were very into!). I highly recommend the summer camp (which offers great hours 7:30-5:30 and a lot of flexibility for parents, and includes lunch and snacks). My kids are half Chinese but don't really know any Chinese, and they are learning a ton, so please don't let kids new to Mandarin hold you back! Next we will try to enroll in one of the regular school year Chinese classes just so the kids can see their favorite teachers again.

Ray Chinese school is a great Chinese school to learn Mandarin. They are very organized and the environment is clean and well prepared. Especially with my recent experience with one of the teachers.
