I highly recommend Rainey Pain and Performance. It is a warm atmosphere of professionals with a vision to help others. Dr Wingate truly knows her stuff when it comes to backs and I appreciate all she has done for me. From my first visit to and through my last visit I felt I was treated well, exceeded my expectation and I did as I was required to do. Treatment and suggested follow-on was vigorously exercised which is why I believe I was discharged with flying colors. I was obedient, resulting in improved mobility following extensive back surgery. Dr. Logan Crabtree pushed me to achieve desired recovery. Very pleased with Rainey staff, all and especially Dr. Logan. Blessings - I pray I never have to come back, but if I do - I know where to go. Y'all are outstanding!

This is an exceptional PT office. They offer exercises tailored to your needs and much more: sleep training, virtual reality, dry needling, etc. In the fall I injured my left knee and Dr. Lowe fixed it. Recently I went back for pain in the right knee. Joint manipulation and dry needling helped a lot this time too. I highly recommend Rainey Pain and Performance!!!

I’ve had physical therapy at Rainey Pain & Performance before and after knee replacement surgery. Everyone I worked with (Dr Feitz & Dr Rainey, and PT Aide Chad) were wonderful. The front office staff is also terrific. Knee replacement is a very long and challenging recovery. They taught me exercises that are helping regain my strength, balance and flexibility. The exercises were challenging, but not too hard. They always took into account my pain and offered solutions to help me overcome my weaknesses. As I continue my recovery journey I am so grateful for their care and if I need PT again Rainey Pain & Performance is the only place I would go.

Dr. Mckinney evaluated my condition and created an effective treatment plan. After a few short weeks, my pain decreased to a very manageable level. I could sleep through the night without waking up every few hours for the first time in years. His assistant, Carly, also provided excellent care during my treatment.

Dr. Crabtree is an angel sent from God. I've been praying for pain relief since injuring my shoulder a little over 6 months ago. God answered my prayers after my January 23rd, 2025 treatment through Dr Crabtree. My pain relief has improved so much and my energy level has increased within a couple days.
I want to praise Dr. Crabtree for being such a true blessing. I'm so grateful for his help with my shoulder issues. My mobility has improved so much since leaving and finishing PT. Dr. Crabtree is the best Physical Therapist Dr Rainy!!! You have a true caring Dr that really cares and is very knowledgeable. Please don't take him for granted.
