I haven't had any negative experiences here. You may not hear what you want to but any delays are state related decisions and take time. I've never had to wait too long here but I try to go earlier in the day. Staff is always able to answer any questions and are nice. Very efficient.

I was on hold for fourty-five minutes until I got answered, as well as when I got answered she decides to just hang up on me. Very poor Customer service. Need to keep an eye on who they hire cause apparently they don't care how they treat people.

So I worked making $67k a year. I've had 1 open heart surgery and 2 strokes i paid in taxes out of every check every week. i paid my dues. Now that i can't work in, I only have less than 50% of my heart working. My wife is on SSI because of her brain tumor she gets $1000 a month on ssi. I had a case worker today tell me i had to get a legal separation from my wife in order to receive A&D $296 a month. They told me to get my med 9 form and the med 13 or 14 I got them and turned them in like I was told with all my diagnosis documents and they still denied me because I have to divorce my wife. I paid for that insurance through the state only to be told to divorce my wife. I have it all on video of the lady telling me to get a separation from my wife. I recorded it because I Know when it goes to court they wont have their recording of the conversation.
So how can the county and state figure in these taxes that I have been paying for only to tell me no. Ok, where is my money and the money to every other denied person in the state. I have an SSI lawyer who is working over time because he knows my predicament. I don't think I ever seen any case worker with a PHD. attached to their names that work there... I will be going to the state floor with this. There is no telling how many other Americans they have done this to. I know they are not approving cases, so where is the money going ? a state audit over the program should do. I'm getting my lawyer on it first thing in the morning. It's really sad that a hard-working american can't get the help yall took taxes out for. I also know the news station is looking into it now. Thank you for your help, Pueblo County. I'm going to be one of those blind eye citizens now i dont care what people do i didnt see a thing. Just like I used to mow my block before my health took a bad turn now the rest of the city can look like the lower Eastside. I don't care.

I was pleased with the staff and the prompt service and the situation at hand was addressed and they took care of my needs profesionally. I'm very thankful to receive some of the greatest help a man in need could ask for. Keep up the good work guys and hey thank you coming from a man that had to get here just to look at life from another stand point. It's A struggle but don't forget to smile because they are more than contagious. the smiles so we are on the same page!!!!

After waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes the lady who answered the phone was rude. I told her what in needed and she hung up on me. REALLY
I called again and Cheryl helped me and was very pleasant and very helpful. It was very appreciate and made my day better.
