Although the staff was welcoming, they did not remain calm during the test. They kept talking loudly and laughing, without considering the test-takers. My seat was right next to their room, and the glass partition did nothing to block the noise. This was very distracting. I believe this should be addressed for the sake of future candidates.

Testing alone can be very nerve wrecking! The exceptionally kind and welcoming ladies that helped me today were absolutely amazing! They made everything very clear and made me feel extremely comfortable they made sure I understood everything. I wish I would’ve taken their names to thank them by name I was there at 11:17am today again they were wonderful thank you for doing what you do!

I had such a great experience taking my test at this testing center in Peoria. The staff were very kind and helpful even giving me a call the day beforehand to remind me. The lockers were very nice and allowed me to store my items such as water bottle and cell phone properly. The test took place in a giant room with other individuals taking the test but the noise canceling headphone made it okay to deal with.
It is located in the same building space as Sylvan and VERY CLEAN!!

I have been to three different Prometric centers and this one wasn’t the greatest. It wasn’t terrible - the staff were friendly and seemed thoughtful. The lockers are pretty small (probably can’t fit a backpack or laptop) so be sure to leave big things in the car if possible. I had foot surgery and contacted Prometric corporate to get accommodations to elevate my feet (which corporate quickly did and cced me on an email sent to the Peoria center). When I got to my test center, they had no record of my accommodations. I said I have the email confirmation printed out but they said it was fine and that they’d get me a chair, but they set me up for my exam and didn’t bring a chair until I asked two more times from within the testing room. I don’t think this was malicious or that they did it on purpose, but it was incredibly stressful for me to see my exam timer counting down and being unable to focus since I didn’t have my accommodations. I’m not sure where the fault lies with the miscommunication about this. Also, I’m not sure if there was a new employee or what but many of the computer-based tasks during the check-in and check-out process either didn’t seem to be working or weren’t being facilitated properly, which worried me since I was timed for breaks and didn’t have the extra time to wait around because the system wasn’t working.

The staff was warm, friendly, and gave clear instructions. The process for check-in was easy and quick. The facility was clean and there were 2 bathrooms available. Even though my testing station was right by the door, the staff provided a quiet environment for us with a white noise machine, ear plugs, and headphones, so it wasn't a problem at all. Overall, I had a great testing experience at this center and I would highly recommend it to all.

Chose this prometric as my testing center based on the reviews and it did not disappoint! Zero regrets traveling 2hrs to this testing center. All of the staff were pleasant, organized, and really gives clear instructions! This a place conducive for taking an examination - very clean, quiet and well lit. Overall an excellent place to go to for exams! Kudos to everyone running this testing center! If I can only give more than 5 stars! Way to go!

I’ve scheduled 2 tests here within the last 5 years. Both have been cancelled by the testing center with email notification. Most recently I was only given 36 hours notice and did not receive the email cancellation until after business hours. Both times I had to reschedule to another location to test within the same time frame.

This place was smooth, easy to navigate through. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Bathroom was easy to access. The testing computer was non-disrupting. I would surely test here again.
