My family's been taking classes at PFC for almost a year, and it's become a second home for us. My husband and son are in the martial arts classes and I'm in the women's kickboxing and self-defense class.

All 3 of us have learned a lot, but my son's mental health has especially come a long way in terms of believing in himself and feeling more confident. He loves belonging to a team that supports and cheers each other on, and has made many new friends that he didn't know before PFC.

For the women's class, I really appreciate that Devin meets us where we're at. Whether you're a beginner like me, advanced, or somewhere in between, he's able to adjust the workouts and intensity according. At the same time, he's good at coaching us to push a little farther and aim beyond what we think we can achieve.

Whatever class you choose to try out, you can't lose. Sensei Mielke gives 110% to each class and makes it a fun and safe space to learn.

Our whole family trains here. My wife does women kickboxing, my 9 yr old daughter and 7 year old son. They both have grown in personal confidence and in stronger bodies. I’ve loved training with the adult classes. It keeps my 40+ yr old body in shape!

We have been going to PFC for 4 years now and we absolutely love it. My son has learned and accomplished so much during this time. He is now a group leader and helps lower belts with his Senseis. If you have a child who needs or wants more self discipline for themselves, than this is the place! Not only will your child learn self defense but they also learn how to Respect others. I highly recommend PFC for your child or for yourself! Yes they also have Adult classes! They also offer Women's Kickboxing! We love PFC!!! Come check it out! First Class is FREE!!!!!!
