I would like to personally thank Emerald and ladies who painstakingly took care of me. I initially arrived with locs that were breaking off after having someone combined them with a needle gun. Ladies at PCEC, El dorado, assessed my hair, cut locs two inches above new growth, then combed out hair. Afterward, they carefully washed my natural with clarifying shampoo, conditioner, etc. I cannot tell you the time and care it took to bring my hair back to life. So once again, thank you for caring. Note: Sorry, I don't have an after pic.

I’ve been coming to the college for a few months now and I must say it’s an awesome experience every visit. Some may think going to beauty college for students to do your hair is insane, but the benefits are worth it. Fresh knowledge, plus instructors always nearby for assistance, everyone is friendly & caters to your needs. So stop by and pay them a visit…your license cosmetologist started somewhere so give them their chance! Women, Men, Kids, Color, Braids, Locs, Roll & Set, Flat Iron, Facials,Tanning, Curls, Manicure, Pedicure, Eyelash Extensions check them out you want regret it.

I loved it! I was iffy at first because they're students, but the young lady who did my hair was great! The experience from the phone call to set up the appointment up until I walked out satisfied was great! Definitely going back!

I really like the hair cuts.. Mon wed and Friday.. I know it is scary to get your hair done by students however they have teachers right on top of them and the price.. can't beat it..
