I can't say enough great things about Primrose! Nikole, the owner, answered all of our questions and really helped us feel at ease. The staff are wonderful, caring, patient and attentive. The center is very clean and inviting. We love the daily communication app where updates and pictures are shared, so we can see our little one's adventures throughout the day. It is a relief knowing our child is in such good hands. We highly recommend Primrose to anyone looking for a nurturing, supportive and loving environment for their child.

We absolutely love Primrose School of Fort Collins for both of our little boys! The curriculum is truly outstanding—engaging, educational, and perfectly tailored to help our kids learn and grow. The teachers and staff are simply amazing; they go above and beyond to create a nurturing and fun environment where our boys feel safe, supported, and excited to go to school every day. We couldn't be happier with our experience and are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our children!

We have been really happy with the communication and great care our son has received since starting a few months ago. They are so good about updating the app and calling with anything out of the ordinary. The owner is almost always present and available and her staff are very friendly. We feel welcomed there and I feel that my son is safe and well cared for.

We toured Primrose two weeks ago and were initially very impressed. The facility seemed great, and the vibe that the owner, Nikole, gave off was warm and welcoming. However, our experience since then has been extremely disappointing.

We have tried contacting them multiple times to enroll our son, but they don’t answer phone calls or respond to emails. After repeated attempts to get in touch, it’s clear that the genuine niceness we initially felt was just a facade.

This lack of communication raises serious concerns about how they handle urgent situations. If this is how they treat prospective families, I can’t imagine the frustration of trying to address something promptly when your child is actually enrolled. Sadly, this has completely changed our view of the place, and we would not recommend it to others.

I would not recommend this provider. Several reasons. Terrible experience with the staff at Primrose. Front staff Nikole and both Laurens lack professionalism as does toddler teacher Danielle. The turnover is saddening. The previous leadership, of being with the center for a year, was excelling. Since the Director switch, it has seemed like things went south pretty fast. My concerns were not heard. Deflecting and DARVO was done instead. Witnessed one of the male owners who drives the white pickup truck yelling at front staff and throwing hands around when dropping off my child near the end of our time and experience with this provider.

If I could give more stars I would!!! I have been part of the primrose family for almost 3 years. My oldest is twelve and my youngest is 2 and I have always been a daycare parent, that being said I’ve seen it all.
I decided to give a review after noticing some negative experiences from other parents. I know we all don’t have the same needs or expectations but I hope my words help out some parents looking for a great place for their kiddos.
I’m not an easy parent. I’m needy and very involved. Just to give you an insight on how weird I am I have always showed up on random times during the day just to see if things are really flowing and not just a facade when my arrival time is expected. I have NEVER witnessed or experienced anything concerning.and not once has any staff member made me feel as though I am difficult. My needs have always been addressed, and most importantly my children are well taken care of. Anytime I need anything I don’t hesitate and call. Just last week my oldest at primrose was crying at drop off, which isn’t typical. I couldn’t shake it off while at work so I called and Nikole answered and immediately went to check up on him. She called me back and assured me all was good. Well as per usual they went above and beyond and sent pictures throughout the day of him smiling from ear to ear. I appreciate their responsiveness and efficiency at which they handle situations.

YES they have had changes recently, but I myself haven’t noticed a bad change. Nikole (owner), Natalie (director), and Lindsey (front desk) are very kind and helpful specially with how crazy the morning drop off can get. I was so shocked to see a recent review mentioning previous staff members that are no longer part of Primrose. Nikole has made changes but have all seem to be better for the center.
My little one has been there since she was 6 weeks which means she’s been in every class they have to offer. And every teacher she’s had has a sweet little spot in our hearts as they have been loving and patient with her.
She’s currently in Danielle’s class and I’m so excited she’s there as Ms. Danielle has helped our 3 years old transition into the independent toddler he is. His speech development was significant and the curriculum they had was so effective. The potty training was so smooth and effective I’d say she’s a guru. I’m sure the little one will get there very soon.
And I can go on and on about every teacher at primrose as they are all great (even refered our personal friend / babysitter to get a job here and she loves it!) but more than anything I wanted to make sure to highlight how awesome this team and center are. I would hate for a parent to miss out on this great daycare because parents with great experiences aren’t spreading the word (like myself, I was gatekeeping) 😉

I was extremely hesitant about starting my 18 month old at a daycare center, but Primrose has been nothing but phenomenal. They supported my dude through his transition in a way that he was soon flourishing, making friends, comfortable, and happy going to school. Shout out to Dulce and Ingrid who were rockstars with our boy. But truly everyone in the school knew who Reno was and genuinely and deeply cared about his wellbeing and supporting his individuality. Nikole is an absolute gem, and I could think of no one else who could run a school better than her. Seriously, Northern Colorado is lucky to have such a thoughtful, dedicated business owner taking care of our kiddos and making an impact in our community. On top of all this, communication is great - they send photos and updates throughout the day on all things about the kiddos and it's been great to be able to talk to my dude about what he learned and did at school today. Primrose is the best daycare center hands down.

I couldn't be happier with the care my child receives at Primrose School of Fort Collins. The staff is incredibly attentive and nurturing, always going above and beyond to ensure the kids feel safe and loved. The facility is clean, well-organized, and filled with engaging activities that promote learning and development. My child looks forward to going every day and has made great progress socially and academically. I highly recommend Primrose to any parent looking for a trustworthy and enriching environment for their little ones.
